This person is directly responsible for assembling prototypes, executing test protocols, documenting results, evaluating new manufacturing process instructions, and providing feedback to the engineering and manufacturing teams. The Quality Inspector will review and approve final release documentation. Performs incoming inspections per control/quality plans for received materials. Completes inspection of raw material, work in process, and finished parts for conformance to quality standards and customer expectations.  Makes adjustments to the stamping process to ensure quality requirements are maintained.  Is able to work in a team environment and interact with a multitude of organizations during manufacturing operations.     This positions shift schedule is Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am.  Training for the 1st month will need to be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Works with customers to understand requests for quotes.  Solicits material and outside service prices from suppliers.  Uses knowledge to establish basic manufacturing concepts and estimate costs on various types of manufacturing equipment and processes.
